15 minutos de Yoga todos os dias!


I - Mula sadhana

15 minutos de prática diária. Esta é a raiz (mula) do método. Uma prática eficiente e possível para todas as pessoas.
Nesta fase o corpo se reestrutura juntamente com o desenvolvimento dos potenciais que passam a despertar.

1) Mantra:

Karpur Gauram Karuná Avatáram,
Sansára Sáram Bhujagendra Háram,
Sadá Vasantam Hridayáravinde,
Bhavam Bhaváni Sahitam Namámi

2) Japa: 108 repetições do mantra escolhido.

3) Pranayama

a)Bhástrika: respiração acelerada.
b) Nadí shodhana: alternada.

4) Kríya

5) Vivência com ásanas

6) Dhyána: Processo para penetrar o estado meditativo (dhyana).
